If I purchase a web hosting plan and find I have chosen the wrong plan can I upgrade? Certainly, it will only take a short time to upgrade to a larger plan. Just let us know the plan you would like to upgrade to. Go to Top

If I find none of your plans are suitable for my needs can I cancel my account? Yes, there is no contract and although we would like to try and help you overcome the reasons for your cancellation you can cancel at any time. If you cancel within 30 days of opening your account we will refund your payment, less the cost of a domain name if you purchased one through us. The domain remains yours. Go to Top

How can I pay for my web hosting, domain name or any other extras I need? Our payment method is by Paypal only. Paypal accept credit and debit cards or you can pay using your Paypal account if you have one. If you wish to pay monthly for your web hosting you can do this using the Paypal subscription plan.
